Teresa opened All Dental Staffing in 2004 to respond to the need for caring and informed staffing companies in San Diego.

She began as an RDA in 1979 and transferred to the dental office front desk and management in 1982. This served her well, and where she gained an understanding of the flow of energy in the dental office.

She then moved into Staffing in 1995 with excitement and untamable energy to serve the clients and applicants!

Teresa's talents lie matching clients with new team members and applicants with a new dental home successfully over the years!

Her experience, work ethic, humility, a marvelous sense of humor, and long-standing relationships with the client and the applicants speak for themselves as she continues serving her dental community with her skills for long-lasting relationships.
